CAM2 Measure X by FARO

Created by FARO (www.faro.com) CAM2 Measure X specializes in feature measurement/inspection and CAD-to-Part comparison where every measured part can be compared to engineering design files. Using the FARO Laser Tracker and Arm, this CAD-based measurement software provides a file handling capability that allows users to work with entire CAD files that have been imported using an industry standard format.

SpatialAnalyzer by New River Kinematics

Spatial Analyzer (SA) developed by New River Kinematics (www.kinematics.com) is a traceable metrology 3D graphical software platform that can simultaneously communicate to virtually any number and type of dimensional measurement systems and perform complex analysis tasks. SA delivers solutions for 3D inspection, assembly-build, and reverse design parts and tools. SA's graphical environment allows the user to download the CAD model (e.g., CATIA, UG, etc.) in the ISO standard STEP formats (or in many other industry standard formats) and then make all the measurements and perform the analysis including Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) on the shop floor.
